30 Days of Free Support:

Enjoy one month of complimentary support to ensure smooth operations and troubleshooting. We are committed to assisting you during this period to address any issues that may arise. If changes or revisions are requested within this 30-day support window, there will be no additional charge.

Project DetailsWork Commencement:

Work will begin once payment and all necessary login details are received via the Onboarding Form. Delays in providing the required information may affect the project timeline.

Project Duration:

The expected completion time is within 10–15 business days, assuming all required information is provided in a timely manner.

Delay Accountability:

BrandKraal is not responsible for delays caused by platform-related issues or delays in receiving required information. To ensure timely completion, please provide all necessary details promptly.

Scope of Work Clarification:

The scope of this project includes only the services listed above. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges and require a separate agreement.

Revisions/Changes:

Once the project is completed and confirmed as finished, you are entitled to 3 corrections to ensure everything is as you wish. Please review the project thoroughly before confirming completion to avoid unnecessary revisions.

After the project is confirmed as completed, if any changes are requested after two weeks from the completion date, a $100 change fee will apply unless you are within the 30-day free support period. If you request changes within the first 30 days, no additional fee will be charged.

If any changes are requested after the two-week period and outside the 30-day support window, the $100 change fee will apply.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your requested corrections after payment, BrandKraal will refund the portion of the work that couldn’t be completed in good faith.

VA Plan Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your Virtual Assistant (VA) plan at any time. However, please note that unused portions of the VA plan are not refundable.

To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, please notify us of your cancellation before the new billing cycle begins. To cancel your VA plan, send us a cancellation notice either via email or by texting us through the WhatsApp group chat that you’ve been added to.

Cancellation of Other Projects:

If the project is canceled, work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. No refunds will be issued for work completed or in progress at the time of cancellation.

Privacy & Data Protection:

At BrandKraal, we take your privacy seriously. Your personal and business information will never be sold or shared with third parties. We use secure systems to protect all sensitive data provided by you. Rest assured, your information will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

Agreement Acknowledgment:

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Once payment is made, the onboarding process will begin. Please review the details carefully before requesting any changes to avoid delays.
